Returns & Refunds
Unopened non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Perishable items with quality issues are refunded immediately — just contact us with a photo and your order number.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
Our driver will leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour if you've provided instructions. Perishable items are packed with ice packs.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive SMS updates when your order is confirmed, packed, and out for delivery.
Do you deliver frozen items?
Absolutely. Frozen products are packed in insulated bags with ice packs to maintain temperature during transit.
